This high-temperature-resistant coating is suitable for all heat sources, including induction. The package includes a non-stick cast aluminum roasting pan (4qt.) and a glass lid in black.
The pan is made from Ferno-Green, a non-toxic nonstick coating, and features an ergonomically designed handle. The BergHOFF Ferno-Green non-toxic nonstick coating is free of PFOA, PFOS, GEN-X, BPA, APEO, and NMP, making it a healthier choice for cooking with little to no oil. The 3-layer base provides fast and even heat distribution.
The glass lid allows you to monitor your food while it's cooking, eliminating the need to lift the lid. The pan is built to withstand heavy use and is easy to clean. It is suitable for all stovetops, including induction cooktops. To clean, let the pan cool down before washing. For normal cleaning, hand-wash in warm soapy water using a non-abrasive sponge or cloth. If food sticks slightly, soak the pan in hot soapy water for 15-30 minutes and then wipe it with a non-abrasive sponge or cloth.
The roasting pan can withstand temperatures up to 500°F (400°F with the lid), making it suitable for oven use as a baking pan, replacing traditional baking pans.
